Kathy Coder has over 20 years of experience in leadership, sales training, and consulting. She is an entrepreneur with experience working in non-profits, government, and business. Kathy holds degrees in communications and business, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients developing their leadership teams. Some of which include-Wal-Mart, Chick-Fil-A, Yeti, Duquesne Light, UPMC, Cox Communication, and Time Warner Cable. Kathy has put her leadership in action as she served for 10 years on the Bellevue City Council, where she was President for four years. In 2012 Kathy ran for PA State House of Representatives and in 2018 she was a candidate for Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor. Kathy is on several non-profit boards and is a faculty member of the Anstine Women’s Leadership Institute. Kathy and her husband, Ron, former NFL/Steeler, work with young leaders across the Pittsburgh region, helping them to be better role models and influence their generation.
